i really have to lose my weight(65kg)to(53kg) in just 7 days..please,i really in emergency..please give me an easy way but worth for lose weight in one week..no pills please...helps!!!!!

you might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well. That's too much weight to lose in one week, though. You have to be realistic.

Drink vodka & red bull....
Alcohol to dull the mind a bit.
Caffiene to make the body hyperactive.

Dose up enough on that and you'll automatically go into exercise overdrive. Just make sure you don't do anything too stupid while under the influence of that. It'll keep you active though... possibly active enough to burn through a fair amount of energy reserves.

Aside from that... go out in the cold without a lot of clothing. The extra shivering from the cold should burn some off. Drink plenty of water, eat non-fatty fish and take vitamin supplements to avoid unnecessary mass in your diet (the fish is because you simply cannot get protein in pill form).

Oh... and if you decide not to drug yourself up to get more exercise, then try to exercise practically.... i.e. make it serve some purpose other than merely losing weight. It will be easier to achieve that way.

Just be careful. Your health is way more important than whatever you have going on in your life. Losing too much weight to fast can lead to a lot of problems. Be really careful what you eat, DO NOT starve yourself, make sure you excersize at least a 1/2 hour to an hour everyday to every other day.

do a search for 'the master cleanse' by Burroughs. very natural lemonade diet.

But being relaistic i think thats too tall an order 12 kgs in 7 days. don't worry about it. relax. do you relaly ened to lose that weight?

Run 2 miles per day, 6 days per week.
You will not lose 12KG in 7 days, that is impossible.
You didn't gain it in one week, so own up to your girth and deal with it on a long term basis.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
