is love just an emotional attachment?

i feel that the emotional attachment in love (between a girl and a boy) is so high , that it hides the fact that it is basically caused by the physical attraction. I can understand that there are many relationships which is just emotional attachment like friendship, brotherly love, motherly love etc., My question is does love between a boy and a girl would exist in this world without the basic desire to touch, kiss etc., i dont want exceptions, i just want to know what to know the majority.

Yes, it is. That is what love is, but just lust, or for sex, is like an animal. Some people look at their boyfriend/girlfriend like that. But I think if you really do love someone, you respect them too. You can love someone and not touch them, but if you are in a position that you do have a relationship and not from afar, then you would of course want to kiss them and hold their hand. You have to be careful about the sex thing, because you can get pregnant, and then when someone has their way with you, believe it or not, you may not be as desirable to them, so it is best to wait I think until you get married. I did, and did not regret it. Remember, the pursuing is the fun part, when they already have you, it is old hat.

In the light of your definition, it can not exist without moving forward like touching, kissing etc. As that is NOT that kind of love, which we have towards our mom,dad,brothers and sisters. The roots of this love between g and b start from different place and you will feel that there is a lust, desire, thinking etc to do more and more.
