The only effective, healthy and safe way to lose weight permanently is to follow a balanced diet whilst taking enough of any form of exercise where you are burning more calories than you are taking in.

I would advise going on a different diet! I went on Atkins a few years ago and it was such a mistake! I lasted 2 weeks before I realised how bad it was for me. The only weight you actually lose is that of the carbohydrates in your muscles. For this reason you can't do any strenuous exercise or you get muscle cramps. It's not right to cut out carbs and you can damage your liver and kidneys by consuming too much fat and protein. Please try a diet that is balanced and nutritious as Atkins is just a quick fix that can have long-term health effects.

Beef jerky, sunflower seeds, pork rinds, berries. Here's my favorite! Buy the chocolate skimmed milk, and make sugar free chocolate pudding with it. Then get some low fat whipped cream and have a ball! Sometimes I add some chopped nuts too! And hey, don't forget about popcorn, and sugar free jello! Good luck!

the induction is tough. later once you get some carbs you are able to artwork end bring about. for now, i used to do beef rinds (in case you like those), some greens are ok like carrot sticks, as they're low in carbs. meats are natually continually ok in case you are able to hold out a little cubes of ham, slightly cheese or some thing.

Pepperoni sticks, pork rinds, cheese (in moderation, max 4 oz. per day), smoked salmon and cream cheese roll-ups.

This page has links to lots of snack recipes suitable for induction.

Try to stay away from commercial, processed snacks. They tend to be full of chemical crap and use up your carb allowance with no nutritional advantage.

Enjoy!
