Although it is never really safe to take E, but we all know ppl who do! After one day your blood count will be back to normal and you should have as safe a night as you usually do. But I would stay away from alcohol and E mixed together, as your fluid level will not be back up to normal just yet and you would dehydrated alot quicker than normal. So one or the other, not both.

Yes, but it is only safe if you do it standing on your head, completely naked near a grocery store, outside in public. Then after you use it, run around the store 4 times. Then go inside the store and run up and down each isle.

Its never safe to take X. Stick to the natural drugs that dont burn holes in your brain or give you week long depressions after comming down.

it is NEVER safe to take extasy... it is made in someones house, with no safety precautions, no telling what you're buying. Might be Cleanser or something, buyer beware...
