My sister had that problem, it turns out she wasn't chewing her veggies well enough. For some reason her body had problems with vegetables if they weren't chewed very, very well. It might have nothing to do with the milk. Call her Pediatrician just to be sure.

Perhaps the milk just isn't settling well with the vegetables. Try a different drink instead. There are some foods and drinks that just shouldn't be eaten together.

Plain M&M's and cheese, however, is a marvelous idea. But only if you use certain types of cheese. That stuff is tasty.

She has a sensitive stomach probably, but you should get her checked. Do not give her diary products right now. If she vomited after the dairy product, it might be because her stomach was still upset. She could be lactose intolerant.

There are certain foods that don't set well in your stomach after drinking milk, instead of milk try juice. See if that works.

go to doctors and ask for advice. She may be allergic to milk, certain types of vegetables or receive a reaction to both of them when mixed together.
Seek medical advice because I'm not a doctor!

Then dont give her milk. Milk is not even necessary after a child is weaned as a baby.

Sounds like a food allergy, lactose intolerance maybe. A doctor will be able to tell you if she is indeed allergic to lactose, and prescribe a medication such as lactaid for her.
