try steam inhalation.. and lay off cold stuff for a while.. if things dont improve ny the end of the week,see a doctor!

You're probably not drinking enough water and you are most likely breathing through your mouth when you sleep. Could be due to blocked nasal passages. Try Breathe Right nasal strips. No medicine, just helps to keeps the airway open.

from what i know it means youre acidic, did you drink strong lemonade or something? that happened to me once, i drank lemonade and everytime i swallow theres this irritation i feel on the back of my throat, and when i wake up its there. try using gargle medicines go to your local drug store im sure they have one.
