It might have been my suggestion? I have been using Serif 'Page Plus' for many years now, and it just gets better and better. My daughter started using it at age 11 and has had hardly any instruction from me. She does lots of things on it from personalised birthday cards, to posters of her favorite bands. I'm sure you'll find it easy. If there is an option, get the handbook it's easier than going to the HELP all the time.

Try a FREE download, and give it a try, remember it's PAGE PLUS you need for DTP not Photoshop, totally different type of package.

I disagree with the dude above - at least on imaging. Serif is better than gimp - alternatively you could always use Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Elements. Adobe in General is a step in the right direction.. At least, for imaging.

Serif is a font not a page makeup program.

When you say "page makeup" are you talking about web page, image page, document page or something else?

Web Page? Use this http://www.alleycode.com/
Image Page? Use this http://www.gimp.org
Doc Page? Use this http://www.openoffice.org
