I have a Cambridge Dictionary which has a file extension .ico.

Please tell the software required to run it. Tell freely downloadable software only. I have Windows 98.

How to install Dictionary as I cant locate any icon to install it.

".ico" file is Icon file ...

It isnt executable .. means u cant install programm by this..
it just give the icon to setup file...

I you want to edit it .. u can use even Paint Brush for it..

And use paint brush to see it even..

By the way the ico file will show the image in its icon only...

To Make And Edit Icons, I Use IcoFX at http://www.icofx.com

But I Don't Think It Can Edit Software And Program Icons

.ico is an icon file...
even internet explorer or any picture viewing software can open that

files with "ico" extension are icons . if u want to edit the icons use "microangelo"
