If you want to become taller... float around in zero-g for a while... Become an astronaut.
Its a temporary affair, but thats just about the only thing that will alter height... short of some kind of cosmetic surgery I haven't even heard of.

Then again... 15 year-olds still have a bit of growing left to do... vertically speaking...

Makes your chest, back and arms stronger, but you won't grow taller. Height is genes only.

They will make you stronger, improving your posture. You can appear a couple inches taller just by having great posture!!
