If you mean Richmond in Surrey, Toni & Guy there use to be pretty good. Im not a fan generally of Toni & Guy but a few celebs use to go there so I think the standard was better.

Richmond SURREY or Richmond N. YORKS - the one after which the song "The Lass of Richmond Hill" was written, usually mistakenly thought to be the one in Surrey.
