I used to have an easy recipe that had condensed milk lemon ... what else? also a good jelly slice recipe please

LEMON MERINGUE PIE
PASTRY
2cups plain flour...... pinch salt....1 tablespoon icing sugar ......
185(6oz)butter .....1 tablespoon lemon juice ... 1to 2 tablespoon water
FILLING
4 tablespoons plain flour.........4tablespoons cornflour
2 tablspoons grated lemon rind ....3/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup sugar....1 1/4 cups water... 90(3oz)butter.....4 egg-yolks
MERINGUE
4 egg-whites ......3/4 cup caster sugar

Sift flour , salt and icing sugar into basin: chop butter roughly, add to dry ingredients, rub in until mixture, resembles course breadcrumbes. Add lemon juice and enought water to mix to frim dough. Refrigate 30 minutes.
Roll pastry out on lightly floured surface to fit 23cm(9in) pie plate.
Use rolling pin to lift pasty onto pie plate. Trim and decorate edges. Prick base and sides of pastry with fork. Bake in moderately hot oven 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow to cool:
Combine sifted flours, lemon rind: lemon juice and sugar in saucepan. Add water, blend until smooth stir over heat until mixture boils and thickens: this is important, the mixture must boil.Reduce heat, stir a further 2 minutes. Remove from heat,
stir in buttter and lighly beaten egg-yolks, stir until butter has melted: cool.
Spread cold lemon filling evenly into pastry case.
Add egg-whites into a bowl and beat on high until soft peaks form
Gradually add sugar beat well until sugar has dissolved.
spoon on top of lemon filling , spreading the meringue to the edges of the pie to seal:peak meringue decoratively with knife.
Bake in moderated oven 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned
cool, then refrigerate.

JELLY SLICE
BASE: 1 pkt marie biscuits ( crushed)
6 zo melted butter .......
mix crushed biscuits and butter . Press into tray
lemon filling: 1 can condensed milk ....... juice 2 lemons
2teaspoons Gelatine dissolved in three quarters cups boiling water
Blend condensed milk with lemon juice and dissolved gelatine, spread over base and refrigerate until set.
Topping: 1 pkt red Jelly, boiling water , make up jelly-cool-poor over slice chill until set.
