i could advise joggin outdoors over the treadmill (in case you have the time). solar is prosperous in nutrition D and you will't beat clean air! and don't base the quantity of time or what type of exercising consultation you do on different peole's exercises. a solid beginer's exercising consultation may be an exceptional jog for 20-30 minutes. in basic terms you already know your physique so in basic terms you already know the type you need to attitude your exercising consultation. attempt the waters somewhat. commence off with a brisk jog, and do it continually. if it is too lots, slow it down somewhat and alter. if it is too little and you think of you're able to do greater, push your self somewhat and %. up the fee or boost the gap. i in basic terms use the treadmill once I omit the possibility to run outdoors. and the quantity of skill it takes to run outdoors as destructive to a treadmill relies upon on the terrain you run on. if it is up hill, then it will take greater attempt. if it is flat, comparable via fact the treadmill.

The treadmill ensures you stay at a good speed/ intensity level.... but if it's nice outside, and safe, the fresh air would be great!!

Jog uphill to burn more calories.

My husband runs quite a bit. He feels like he gets more out of running outside, and he said running on the treadmill hurts his shins. I think running outside is better just for the fact that you might run into other people, and you get to look at more things. Unless it's raining, then I wouldn't want to be out.

Jogging isn't the best form of exercise for women. But I would say outdoor so you get lots of fresh air and enjoy the scenery. But make sure you wear a good, strong, supportive pair of trainers

Well...they are both just as beneficial but running outside is easier on ur knees so in the long run the treadmill will hurt your knees/back slightly more....
