No, he had so many look-a-likes because of his mustache. Look at the men from Iraq, they all look a little like Saddam. That is why the Secret Service had a hard time in tracking him down before the outbreak of the first Gulf War. Saddam was known to have at least twelve doubles to do public appearances.
