If you are scared you might want to wait a while. Why are you thinking of doing this? I'm sure you don't need it. Spend your money on something else that is not scary.

You need to have a think about WHY you want to do this.

Are you doing it for yourself, or to impress someone? Do you really need bigger breasts? Are you still quite young? Are you prepared to go through a painful operation, be out of action for a few weeks and any other possible complications? Do the benefits far outweigh the negatives?

It sounds like you may have some self esteem issues. Going under the knife may not necessarily change this. You should speak to your GP and go for counselling first to be sure this is definitely the right option for you - don't rush in to anything.

If, after taking some time to talk to others and SERIOUSLY think about this, you are certain it is what you want, then make sure you go to a reputable surgeon. As someone else has already said, ask lots of questions, find out if this is realistically what you can afford. Do they have a good track record? What are their qualifications? How long have they been doing this? Look around and only go with what you feel comfortable with.

The chances of something going wrong are fairly small, provided you are fit and healthy and choose a good surgeon, but the fact that you are having doubts suggests to me this is not the best option for you, so please think carefully and talk to your friends and family before doing anything. Good luck x

I had a boob job done in April make sure you select the best surgeon you can afford and ask to see photos ask lots of questions about the procedure, its your money and your choice, oh and don’t go getting the pretty bras just yet you will have to wear a special support bra for a few weeks and you are not suppose to drive or lift even a baby.

worrying about any type of surgary is good as long as you do the right things you should be fine.

WHY?? As someone with bigger boobs (naturally) I don't understand why anyone would want them. It is difficult to find clothes that fit them, running w/out an extremely good sports bra (hard to find) is painful and fashion doesn't accomodate them - popular empire-lines, shifts/pinafores - forget it! When you are smaller at least you can create the illusion of bigger boobs w/out having them permanently, most fashions suit and clothing not such a problem. Besides why would you want to inflict unnecessary surgery on your body and scarring? Unless you are completely flat (& even then I wouldn't) why do it?? I'm sure you are beautiful as you are and believe me, big boobs do not make you happy!!

A few years down the line and you have a mamogram, breast cancer is missed due to cosmetic surgery. A a life threatening cancer is missed all so you can have bigger breasts. Leaving your family, children, all who care for you devastated. Be afraid, be very afraid!

maybe you should work on your self-confidence first.
personally i don't like FAKE boobs.
small breasts are as sexy if not more so than large ones.
if you go too large you`ll only look like a freak Pamela Anderson,Jordan etc etc.

I know I`m not a "lady" but not all blokes are Breast obsessed

...there is always a chance that the result you're seeking may not be what you get,...all you can do is research,...find the best plastic surgeon in your area, and one that is willing to provide references about "their" breast augmentation expierience...best wishes...
