Excellent question. I use both, depending on the conditon of my skin and the saop I am using. I find the nylon puff works better with liquid soaps.

A nylon net puff because loofahs go mouldy the nylon puff stays nice and fresh, I don't think a loofah can have any effect on cellulite.
