I have Rosacea, and this is one of the signs.There could also reasons for the redness. Check with a dermatologist to be sure.

My son's cheeks do this. He has small little raised bumps on his cheeks, too. The doc said his was eczema.

my cousin used to get red cheeks he tried lots of creams and hypnosis they didnt work. the only thing he found to work was forgetting about it
