Begin small - just as Bill Gates did !
Establish an 'office' in any vacant room of one of your homes - and give yourselves a smart plus catchy name, to attract the right kind of attention.
Open your own website - and embellish it with well written text about all the different types of Software that your team develops for Clients. Spruce up your site, with photographs of your team members at work [a collage of individuals working on their PCs, can be more impactful than crowding several persons plus PCs into your tiny 'office' and photographing them !]. Their youthful and enthusiastic appearance will be a big plus point.
Offer your services online, by paying Yahoo! and Google Searches their modest fee - for prominently highlighting and displaying your site's link in their Searches.
...Initially there will be a slight lull, and even a few casual enquiries that do not precipitate assignments. Do not feel discouraged - but keep on sending individual mailers to potential Clients [please, avoid group-mailing at all costs !], requesting them to visit and view your website...
When the first few actual assignments come, attend to them with total attention and care - and test the new Software that you develop over and over again, on various PCs, until you can be sure that there are no 'bugs', or snags, to hamper its smooth functioning.
Then make sure that you deliver the Software in good time, preferably even before the deadline involved. Nothing impresses more than punctuality !
...Once the first batch of Clients feel satisfied, their word-of-mouth praise of your [a] reasonable charges, [b] punctuality, plus [c] efficiency, will be the best publicity you can ever get.
More orders will then start pouring in - and then, depending solely on your team's continuing efficiency, your company will really grow big and go places.
Best of Luck.
