A member of my family has very thin hair and has been using Nourkin. It is a tablet which you take for I think 6 months then you move on to Nourkin maintain. It has made a significant difference to her hair. Holland and Barrett are sellers of this product.

Don`t know if taking vitamins will make your hair thicker but I do know that taking vitamins and having a healthy balanced diet along with good lifestyle and of course using hair products will certainly keep your hair healthier. If you are not keeping well the first tell tale signs are certainly your hair and nails(they will not be in the best of condition) For example ask any woman who has just given birth it is the hair that suffers as all the goodness is taken out of them to look after the sprogg!!!

I use to take Geritiols and their the best pre-natal vitamins, my Doctor told me to take them, when I was trying to become pregant. I've taken those vitamins daily for 5 years. and they did not do a thing to my hair. It did not make my hair thicker. Yes I changed my diet, I went on a Weight Watchers Program and lost 65 pounds. I started using Mane 'N Tail Hair products and it help, but I also started messaging my scalp twice a week with Mane 'N Tail Carrot Oil Cream and that really help my hair growth. Now I have a lot hair growth since using Mane 'N Tail, it's thicker, longer, shiny.

Cod liver oil makes your hair look healthier and shinier. There are many vitamins said to be for hair and nails. I have tried many of them but never noticed any difference. A balanced healthy diet is usually the best trick.

Yes, I have taken GNC UltraNourishair for women for 4 months, and also extra Biotin, and my hair is growing like a weed, but it did take a couple of months to see the results, it doesn't happen right away.

Ask your doctor about an exercise routine. Regular exercise, such as walking three times a week, may reduce neuropathy pain, improve your muscle strength and help control blood sugar levels. Gentle routines such as yoga and tai chi might also help.
