how many children are there?
how many will I have at once?
who will I be working with?
when and how long are the breaks?
do I eat with the children?
do you have a library?
do you go on any trips?
do you have a kitchen, tea/coffee facilities?
etc.
Then you can ask the usual things like starting and finishing times, and how much earlier do they expect you to arrive to set up.

1. Do you operate a key carer system?
2. How are special dietry requirements & alergies made clear to carers?
3. Can you tell me about the staff structure & who I will be answerable to?
4. Is there a uniform policy?
5. What are the age of the children I will be responsible for?
6. Can you tell me about the structure of the nursery?
7. What are my prospects with regard to accessing training such as Birth to three, foundation stage, first aid etc?
8. Can you talk me through a typical day within the nursery with regard to routine?
9. Do the children go out on short walks or day trips?
10. Will I be involved in the planning of activities with the children?
All these questions will make you look like you have knowlege of how a nursery is run and will show commitment as you will have asked about future training.
Good luck!!!!!!

For a nursury nurse job you can ask questions related to your job profile, your job duration, how much strength you need to handle? But all the questions has to be related with your profile.
This is what i can suggest. Thanks!

Ask about the sallery, benefits, hours, if there is overtime, what method of transport is best (if you drive ask about a parking space) and so on. Anything relevant to the job is work asking.
