Low Iron,, but I'm not doctor.. common sense tells me that if you're eating healthy, exercising, getting adequates amount of sleep, not exhibiting stress or depression factors,, then perhaps taking a simple MultiVitamin might do the trick.
See a doctor, and consult family members, about any hereditary issues affecting extreme fatigue, and also when symptoms are prolonged, unusual, and disrupting to your daily routine/life, consult your physician.

Make sure your bedroom is well ventilated to get you enough fresh air with lot of oxygen while you sleep. If you are obese, there is possibility of sleep apnea (snoring) which will prevent you from having good quality sleep. Check what type of food and what quantity you eat before you go to bed. From my experience, light food with more vegetables and fruits before bed gives me a better quality sleep. Alcohol before bed makes me drowsy the next day. Visiting a sleep clinic or a sleep medicine specialist will help.

maybe you have sleep apnea. even when you get sleep your body never reaches the REM stage (deep sleep) and or you stop breathing while sleeping and you constantly wake up without knowing, thus wearing you out. check out info on sleep disorders and maybe see a sleep doctor for further test

Try exercising and see if that helps with your energy level. If it doesn't, go to the doctor and have them run a simple blood test. That can tell you if you have a thyroid problem.

Are you depressed? Sometimes that will do it. You might not be getting enough vitamin B either.
