Try using a good anti-acne face wash with Salisyclic acid (thats not the exact spelling!) on the affected area. Neutrogena clear pore wash is the best and isnt too expensive. You can also start taking Zinc supplements as these help your immune system naturally get rid of the spots and keeps them from returning!
Also Zinc is really good for loads of important body functions and in general zinc boosts all your immune reactions and helps ward off colds and flus and other infections.

Use a body brush before you get in the shower I reckon. And don't wear synthetic undies. If you sit at a desk all day long, have a walk to get the blood flowing during your lunch break and the toxins should flow away from that area. Give your bum a good airing when you get home too!

Gosh, I thought that I was weird for getting these! I always thought that I was vitamin deficient or something. My butt looks like a war zone because I used to pick at them in the shower...a lot of scarring now. It looks like I got shot with buckshot. Since this is a place that doesn't usually see the sun, it will take a few decades to fade out, probably. I regret picking on them. I am interested to see the answers you get on how to get rid of them. Thanks for asking this question!

I had them for years !!!
The cause was sitting at my work desk on a sweaty seat for 12 hours a day !
The way to get rid is to wear cotton pants ( a full pant ...no thongs) and exfoliate when having a bath !!!
It's the cotton knickers thats the cure XXXX

You probably need to use some cortisol cream on them. You can find it over-the-counter at any drugstore. Whatever you do, don't pick at them (because I know you are), it just makes them worse, causes scars, and can transmit the bacteria to other parts of your body via your fingernails. If a cortisol cream doesn't cure it, see a dermatologist or family physician. Good luck!

believe it that the bum is one of the most common places to get pimples. Exfoliate the skin on your bum and keep the area dry and clean.

Start by putting oxy 10 on your butt cheeks. Then eat a hot curry and fart those bad boys to kingdom come. This really does the trick! x
