You may have pulled some muscles - get yourself down the docs and they'll prescribe you with pain relief

This sort of problems one will have if the body is not fit and one tries to strain ones body. This might be muscle strain. You can try Hot-Cold therapy. Take ice cubes in cloth and place on the area of pain for 10 minutes and then use hot water bag and repaet for 10 minutes. Consult doctor who would prescribe NSAIDS and soem anti inflamation cream. Once inflamation has come to normal better to take X ray to confirm if back is ok

Take a nice hot bath, rub some ben-gay or a similar product on and maybe a aspirin, other than that not much. After a good work-out you will be sore, no pain no gain lol. Hope that helps

You must have encountered a lactic acid build up in your body when you were about to sleep. when you came home, you probably didn't rest. So, by doing this you used more energy and causing lactic acid to build up in every part of your body. you need energy to produce lactic acid so when you rested at night, that's the only time you got rest causing the lactic acid to build up.

i agree with the other answer and i suggest drinking a lot of water to help flush out the lactic acid that has built up in your muscles.
