Fry the rice with the mince. Knock a few cloves of garlic, then chop it up & throw it into a pan filled with a little oil. Throw in mince, then the rice, break an egg, stir to mix, lastly add frozen corns/peas. Should be yummy.

I would fry off the mince with a little garlic and an onion. Just as it is brown all over add diced courgette, pepper, mushroom and leek. Gently fry off until all ingredients are softening then add a tin of tomatoes. A dash of worcestershire sauce and you are set. This is super yummy and it also hs the added benefit of giving you your daily five protions of veg without seeming like too healthy a meal!!
ps) Spelling is Bolognese!

Lightly fry some onion until soft, add some chopped bits of bacon and some mushrooms and garlic and then chuck in the beef mince.
You could even chuck in some kidney beens and have a chilli con carne type dish.

Fry a sliced onion, add mince and fry, add a half teaspoon of chilli powder, half tsp of turmeric, and a couple of teaspoons of coriander powder, stir, add tin chopped tomatoes and stir, add a handful of frozen peas and salt to taste, simmer for 10 mins and serve over plate of rice, delicious and worth a visit to supermarket for spices if you don't have them.
