Basic sugar recipe for nuts....
3/4 c. butter
2 egg lg. whites (room temp)
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon (or any other flavor you want)
5 c. nuts
(I'd save the raisins and add them in later for a little sweet chew)
Heat oven to 350.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place butter in pats on the sheet and melt in the oven
While melting beat the egg whites until real foamy then fold in sugar and cinnamon until combined.
Mix in nuts.
Lay ontop of melted butter and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until brown, stirring them around every so often to keep them from burning.

Hi I'm sambo I'm the chef in a tea room in Ga. Rosemary roasted nuts are good. In a small pot melt 2 tbs butter 2 tsp brown sugar, 2tbs.fresh rosemary 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper and 1 tbs. salt. Place nuts on sheet pan in a 350 degree oven for 5 mins. Pour warm mixture over nuts and serve. I have found that if you let them dry awhile the flavor is better. Hope you enjoy them.

Cover it all with brown sugar on a cookie sheet, bake for 15 minutes, until the sugar melts over it
As it cools, sprinkle cornstarch over it (toss in a bowl may help) will stop the stickiness

Place them on a cooking sheet and sprinkle with salt ...Then bake them on 375 for about 15 min ...Or sprinkle parmesan cheese and some garlic salt on them and maybe some chenyne
red for hot spice...If you don't want it hot then just leave off...
Cook them on 375 for about 15 min...
You can also boil your rasins to male them full and plump...When they come to a good boil-then turn them off, don't over boil them...
