Jesus sent his disciples to announce the Kingdom of God from village to village.
Would have He also sent them nowadays from chat to chat or forum to forum?

The problem with your idea is this:

The definition of something that is "announced" on the internet, is "spam."

Do you really want people to consider your faith a form of spam, subjected to people's delete key? Do you want God's name put on filters?

On the other hand, maybe if you spam for God, you'll make millions like all the other spam artists do! (giggles)

Yes, he would have them do anything that was available to them to spread the word. He gave them the Holy Spirit so that they could go in His steps. I am sure they would be mocked, as was Jesus, and the same here, but they did this willingly and also died for Christ, horrible deaths. When you have this strong of a conviction and love for God, you will do many wondrous and dangerous things not thinking of your own safety.
