Add more coke, and less cola?
Wait...that would probably be worse, and it would affect more than just your teeth...Hm...
I'm just as bad as you. When I was at school, I was drinking 2 cans..sometimes three if I had a double free period. But that was because I was such a picky eater and there was little food that I liked at the school .So I used to fill myself up on liquids instead, and eat someting better when I got home.
While I don't drink as much as 12 litres on one weekend, I do drink it a lot. Just be glad you aren't this one guy on the news a while back who was drinking 60 glasses of coke a day, and woke up every 2 hours to have a gulp of it.
The only thing you can really do is wean yourself off it. You could try pepsi for a little while, then cheaper brands of cola that go down in caffeine levels. Then go onto other fizzy drinks that don't contain caffeine as a sort of cold turkey thing.

There is a couple of things you can do. First, for every time you drink a cola, you must drink a glass of water. Then try switching from cola to tea. I find that a fresh glass of iced tea keeps the cravings of cola away.

Try to have a fetish for healthier things like juices. They taste better and once you've got a hold on that COCA COLA looks and tastes ordinary.

add rum, and slowly start drinking it with less and less coke... until you just have rum in your glass... don't forget to use ice ;) And I would advise you not to stick with juices, as they contain so many calories, you'll get fat in no time... has lots of sugar and is NOT an alternative for drinks. Stick with water... alcohol too is just empty calories, but the rum is kinda good.

gradually wean yourself off. Start to drinking less and less over time until you quit entirely. Avoiding other sources of caffeine would be very useful also.

like any addiction, you need willpower. try to go a whole day without a drink of it. your body craves the sugar and caffeine from it. try to drink a juice instead.

Get yourself a juicing machine. Maybe you can get yourself "hooked" on something healthy.
Try carrots and apples to make juice. Fantastic flavor!
