Um I'm a lesbian and sure sometimes I'm angry and sometimes I may turn to food for comfort but so does just about everyone at some point in their life. I don't see what this specifically has to do with lesbianism. Personally lesbianism is the thing that takes me anger away. God, if I could just find the right woman life would be perfect, huh?
I've never heard anyone come up with this stereotype but I do find it interesting that that is the way you see it. I still see no connection...

I take it you don't hang out with too many lesbians. Most of the ones I know (and there are tons of them around here) are peaceful and mellow people, and they don't turn to food any more than the average person.

The young ones are hotheaded just like young straight people. They mellow out as they get older. And everyone turns to food for comfort, but it's always been women (gay or straight), that turn to it more often than men.

one of the most obnoxious people I have ever met was a lesbian. 7 of the nicest women I have ever worked with have been lesbians, true dat. i think you are just trying to be funny, and it is. But just thought i'd throw that into the mix
