garlic powder to taste
onion powder to taste

1 can of beer
dump the first 4 ingredients in a zip lock bag, add your fish or chicken, close it, shake the bag around to coat . take out the meat and put on a plate. add the beer to the dry ingredients and dip the fish or chicken in the batter to coat, place in 350 degree oil to cook. fish 3-5 minutes or until they float chicken 7-10 minutes or until they float.

I use flour, milk, some fizzy water and salt. the fizzy water makes it light and bubbly!
serve with it either home made oven chips or potato wedges! yum!
