Satinette, I am not using bad grammer.
I obviously know that everyone is not in the same time zone. I am only making conversation. You need to use some common sense sweetie. mandy

Mandy, it is the middle of the night. I'm awake but it's almost time to call it a day.

The glaringly bad grammar in your question is making my eye twitch. Metaphorically speaking. Maybe it's so late where you live right now, that your sleepy brain can't form decent sentences.

Open up your eyes Mandy... there are people online here who aren't in your timezone. It's called time difference and therefore everyone has not gone to bed. Some people just have better things to do than you do, whining about questions "coming in very slow".

As to what you must do, that is obvious. Being on the internet can stimulate your brain, so if you are trying to make yourself tired then retire to bed, it's not going to work. Step away from the computer and hit the bed.

P.S. Thanks for the 2 points.

I´m pretty sleepy, but I just got up.drink some tea lay back and count sheep. If that doesn´t work get down and pump out as many pushups as you can, seriously until you drop. Then go take a cold shower with warm water just at the end. then go to bed. Seriously it does work.

I can't sleep either. Usually when I eat something it puts me to sleep. also, someone told me that drinking warm milk will put you to sleep. Don't worry your not alone.
