Those are all symptoms of the flu yes. Each person reacts differently to the flu so there is no hard and fast guide to exactly what symptoms you'll get and with what severity. It could also be various other things, but the best thing to do for now is to rest, drink plenty of fluids. If it gets worse, or you have a reason to believe it's something other than the flu, seek medical attention immediately. You could go to the Dr and get a test so you know for sure, but really what's the point? There's no real treatment for either regular flu or H1N1, so it's best just to stay at home.

Alka Selzer Cold Medicine works best for me. I also have a home remedy I put a shot of whiskey in some tea with honey and lemon and that helps me sweat out the fever and gets rid of the body aches.

hello rambhai.
for severe cold, you can use the CETRI - 10 tablets for twice in a day for 5 days, containing the cetrizine. but it's side effect is that you would feel more sleepy.
and for headache and body pains, you may use the Tablet DAN -P containing paracetamol and Diclofenac sodium.
These tablets are available in India, for abroad , I don't know are they available or not???
