Could I have sacroilitis?

I recently noticed two large bones, which may be bumps. I have never noticed them before, until about a week ago. I have lost weight, and think maybe thye're just now more visible. but am still concerned. they are sore, and so are my hips, along with my tailbone.

anything is possible may I suggest u get an examination by a
physician .
