Well, you could use a temporary color rinse to get the color and a good ceramic flat iron for the shiny silky part.

You cannot change the color of your hair except by coloring it, whether permanently or with a temporary wash-in color rinse.
However you can straighten it out with a straightening kit (it's like a perm, only without curlers) or with a good flat iron.

sorry: u have to dye it. A good dye with good conditioner for the silky part. I have black hair and I want brown hair: guess what i'm going to have to do?
