The concentration camps in North Korea. Yes, they still have them today.
I read the book linked below. It's about this guy who spent years in the NK concentration camps. Its written there that there are camps where they send you without any intention of coming out. They literally work you to death.
Also he wrote about executions in his camp. The condemned was hung until death and then the people forced to watch (he was one) had to throw stones at the dead body (to deter anyone else committing further crimes in the camps). This still happens today. I definitely wouldn't want to be executed that way.

I even have actual witnessed using the electrical powered chair..and that i'm telling ya precise now,,for 4 seconds there is discomfort and suffering previous evaluate. if somebody has performed some thing undesirable sufficient to get the death penality then it would harm plenty,gas chamber is in all likelihood the least perplexing thank you to kill them,,they only pass to sleep and by no potential awaken.

Personally I think hanging is the worst, and it is still used in many countries. Of course being nailed to a cross wasn't very nice and was the worst, in history. I believe hanging because many are hanged and the system doesn't always work as it is supposed to. That is, your neck should break and that is what kills you. But many are hanged and struggle for air as they die slowly.

if you are in the u.s. its different some states you can pick which way, the worst is probably old smoky {electric chair} in other countries there is no appeals they take you right out back and put one behind your ear

cause the penalty is for a highest henious crime.
