The term is actually peanut butter and jelly. Jelly is a fruit spread made from real fruit.
Jello is a brand name for gelatin. Gelatin is sort of hardened up fruit juice, only it is made from artificial flavors.
The gelatin itself is made from bones. If you ever make your own soup using soup bones, you will notice how it hardens up into gelatin when it is cold.

Peanut butter and jelly, not Jello. Jello is gelatin, jelly is a fruit spread made from fruit juices.

Lol. No, it's not "Peanut butter and Jell-o". it's 'peanut butter and JELLY'. Jelly is pretty much the same thing as jam. Jell-o isn't quite the same.. It's the fruit-flavored powder that comes in a little box.. You mix it with water and let it set in the fridge, and it ends up turning into a slimy, wiggly substance. It's good stuff.

Wow, I've never met someone who didn't know about Jell-o.. This is definitely a first.

You have your "peanut butter and jelly sandwich" and than you have jello which is totally different..it's that low-cal dessert wigglie food. Sounds the same; but different.
