OK...speaking from experience (my dentist is letting mine come in, because I have a big enough mouth...and they're coming in straight)...NO...they don't always have to come out...but you should go see a dentist to make sure. It can be different for everyone! And...yes...it does hurt! It's like teething all over again! I bought some anbesol...that seems to help....it numbs the gum area....for a little while! It tastes bad...but compared to the pain...yea...it works!
Hope you feel better!

Most of the people above this answer are right. There are many answers, obviously, and the right one is, "It depends." Without seeing, we can't know.
Teeth do hurt when they come in, but sometimes the gum can actually become infected, even if you have room for the tooth to emerge. You may need an antibiotic.
If it really hurts when you bite down, the sharp point on the upper wisdom teeth may be biting into the gum over the lower wisdom tooth. If you can get this trimmed down - something that takes a dentist about 10 SECONDS to do - it will relieve the pain greatly. If your mom won't let you go to the dentist and you feel a sharp little point with your finger tip, you can do the same thing with an emery board and several well-placed strokes...

Generally there are three reasons for pulling out your wisdom teeth. One is because they are impacted or turned sideways and are pushing against your other teeth. The second reason for pulling the wisdom teeth is due to lack of room at the back of your mouth. And the last reason is if they are abscessed or infected. If you are experiencing pain, but there is no sign of infection, it could be the wisdom teeth are just erupting through the gum and that is what is causing pain. Or it could be they have cause an infection. In which case, you should see a dentist. Only a dentist can determine if they teeth need to come out - so I would set up an appointment as soon as possible. Good luck.

Wisdom teeth are extracted for two general reasons: either the wisdom teeth have already become impacted, or the wisdom teeth could potentially become problematic if not extracted. Potential problems caused by the presence of properly grown-in wisdom teeth include infections caused by food particles easily trapped in the jaw area behind the wisdom teeth where regular brushing and flossing is difficult and not effective. Such infections may be frequent, and cause considerable pain and medical danger. The extraction of wisdom teeth can be a difficult surgical procedure, and should only be performed by dental professionals with proper training and experience performing such extractions.

They don't have to be pulled unless they are messing up your other teeth. In many people whem they start to grow they push the other teeth together, if this is not happening to you (go to the dentist to find out) ther is no reason to get them pulled. They hurt now because they are growing, after they get through the gums it won't hurt as much. I'm getting mine right now, chewing gum helps, it's the equivalent of a teething ring for babies.

If they are impacted and constantly bothering you, then they should come out. However, it is not necessary. I just had my wisdom teeth pulled 2 months ago and I had them for several years without any problems. I just decided to get them out of the way. But if they are really bothering you, you should ask the dentist if they should be pulled.

I hope this helps. And if you teeth will go that way i sayed you will have to get your Dentals make you a Appointment for you .

This is individual, it depends on how much room there is for them to come in.
A dentist should be seen. Xrays can predict the future of these teeth and often save you pain.

Yes they should be pulled out if they're causing you pain. Teeth pain is terrible, and can radiate around the body. it can cause pain, and permenant damage to the rest of your teeth. get rid of them while you're still young.
