You could get off of the carrot stick & celery diet. Try a balanced diet, like Weight Watchers or something that includes carbs. I hear that after you have cut back on carbs for a while (3-4 weeks?) you don't crave them like you do now.

An appetite suppressant could help. Hoodia (Hoodia gordonii) is supposed to work on the area of the brain that tells you when your hungry. I haven't researched enough to know if it is safe. There are other new appetite suppressants in stores too.

If you tend to be a good eater in the first place, in other words, your weight doesn't normally fluctuate, then eat normal but exercise to loose the fat. I heard that going hungry doesn't cause you to burn fat, exercise does. (One of these months, I'll give exercise a try.)

You are not getting enough nutrition. Eat something with protein, carbs and a little fat. Take a vitamin. You won't go crazy craving food, and you won't need herbalife either.

When you are undernourished, you crave lots of food. If you eat junk (both celery and junkfood because they both are empty calories), you still crave more food because your body still wants more vitamins and minerals.

Eat right to begin with. You won't need fad diets.

I'd say keep your self esteem up, first of all. There are many people who do the same thing. Also, it may be a psychological issue, so maybe you could try to divert your attention to something else that can be fulfilling, preferably something physical like a mild sport.

Weight Loss/ Hoodia sample works for me! It's a good alternative. I suddenly stopped binging for more sweets and carbs. So I guess, that only means it's effective. Check out this site http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php and know more about the product details.

Food tastes good, and we are meant to eat. You just need to tell yourself when enough is enough!!! Good luck.
