If you mean that you want the cinnamon flavoring to cool down, then no, the fridge will only make the whole tic-tac cold, not cool down the flavoring. Cinnamon is concentrated in those mints.

I'm surprised if that works. I thought the reaction was chemical and had little to do with the tempature of the tic tac and more to do with the biology of the tongue and how it reacts to certain ingredients. I don't see why being cooler would necessarily prevent the reaction unless some ingredients are neutralized by the cold or the cold offsets the strength of your tongue's reaction to ingredients. If it works, good, but I would presume it wouldn't.
