This is a really bad idea. What is so important that you can't wait until you are parked, especially if you are not on a freeway and presumably close to your destination? Really, you might not care for yourself, but you are putting other peoples lives at risk.

No. When i see people doing that it makes me angry. My friends car was totaled by some dumb woman applying her make up while driving at a traffic light. She totaled his truck. I think any activity that takes away concentration such as texting, talking on the phone, applying make up etc. should be illegal.

No. I never do anything on a cell phone while driving. It's dangerous! That why there are so many accidents- people are trying to do things they shouldn't be doing while driving!
