you need to build the time up. keep doing 3 minutes until you feel ready to do 4, before you know it you will be doing 10.

You know... if you can manage to survive the first 5 minutes, you will be amazed how much easier the exercise gets. Our system is designed that way- first you use up the sugar that's in your blood and then later you derive your energy from your fat deposits... for this you need to exercise at least 20-30 minutes... at least 20 minutes. You can do it!!! To see results 20 minutes/day/week... or thirty minutes/3-4 times/week. Work out to music. There's a certain point in your work out (about 15 minutes after start) when you start thinking you can do it forever- that's because you survived the first few minutes.

You must exercise aerobically for at least twenty minutes to burn fat. Even then, you will only burn a couple minutes worth. You want to shoot for thirty or more minutes. Adjust your stepper to an easier setting so that you can go longer. Watch tv while you do it to avoid boredom.

Try 4 minutes tomarrow, than 6 the next day, and just gradually build your self up. Dont push yourself. Steppers are hard, don't burn yourself out.

Your probably just pushing yourself to hard. In order to get into a fat burning range you would need to check your heart rate and be within the range that maximizes fat burning. Its good to know because sometimes we push ourselves too hard unnecessarily.

3 Mins!!! Three will become 4 and four will get to 5, but just do what you can manage.

Good stepping.

Best wishes,
