There is no one size fits all general treatment for mosquito borne diseases. The treatment is very disease specific, and the preventative may well be too. The disease being spread is also dependant on the mosquito species. Not all mosquitos spread all diseases.

dialysis can work (as mosquitos inject it into the blood) it really depends on what it is. work out which diseases you want then type its name and treatment into google and away you go!
