Lemon Sherbet Ice cream
1/2 cup milk........3/4cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons gelatine........1 cup milk,extra
1 cup sugar............300ml carton cream
Put milk and gelatine into small saucepan: stir over low heat until gelatine has dissolved:do not boil. Dissolve sugar in boiling water: add lemon juice and gelatine mixture: cool: then add extra milk and cream. Pour into freezer tray: freeze until partly frozen.
Pour mixture into small bowl of electric mixer: beat until slightly thickened. Pour back into freezer tray: freeze until firm, stirring occasionally.
Serves 6.

eggs,flour,milk,colouring , flavouring ,mixed all up and freeze it = ICE-CREAM
