What are some nice or kind things to do for the ladies that they appreciate. I know opening the door for them is good. I've also hear getting the chair for them. I have problem with that, its seems you know too close of a thing like you wanna talk or something. Carring their books would also be the same. What are some other random acts of kindness that you would appreciate nothing to "wanna get to know you" things. Any decent answers will be appreciated, please and thank you.

Always have their best interest in mind. If she looks like she's uncomfortable don't make her feel more uncomfortable. Don't force her to do things she don't want to whether or not you have a strong overwhelming desire to do whatever you want to do with her. When she says NO it ALWAYS MEAN NO!

Take care and that's all I can think of. Compliment her but not too much. Don't smother her,
If you think of her as a sister, don't flirt with her, especially when you are dating her best friend or friend.
If she's one of those girls that never gets anything for Valentine's day, buy her a box of chocolate, if you have a girlfriend don't get the one with the heart.
Buy her a friendly platonic gift like food or something you wouldn't buy for your girlfriend or just says platonic. For her birthday.
Treat her like one of the guys.
IF you are interested in her, take things slow don't rush it, romantic relationships work best when you reach the close or best friend level.

The guy above is right. You can be "nice" without trying too hard. Quit trying so hard, girls find it uninteresting because you make yourself to obvious. Girls don't want what they know they can easily have. "Be nice" by being playful, flirtatious, and by teasing. Be confident. Be indifferent, but still be kind.
IF YOU MUST, open a door for a girl, but offset it with a teasing comment. Two steps forward, one step back.
Edit: Watch Jim on NBC's the Office for ways to be nice while still being desirable to women.

I know you said girls only, but you need some male input.
If you have to ask what to do, forget about it. Act aloof....be casual. Do not put them on a pedestal. Think about feminism, they want to be equal so forget about buying flowers and such. Let them by you a comic book or trading cards or whatever the heck kids are into now. DO NOT GIVE IN!!! AVOID THE DARK SIDE!!!

it depends on the type of chick, some chicks might freak about the whole pulling out chair things cause its such an old thing to do. you can do random notes or messages, some like random picked yourself single garden flower.

lend them a pencil and let them keep it. if you're good friends buy her a christmas or birthday gift. if you find out she doesnt have any lunch money, giver her some. yeah holding the door is great. carry grocieries. just treat them nicely just like you would treat anyone else. being nice to others too is the key. I HATE seeing a bully...major turnoff. there needs to be more teens like you =)

let see, carrying books, opening doors, pulling out the chair, if she appears cold offer your jacket, always smile (not a big grin just a polite smile), a flower, one, white, is nice and it says you want to get to know them better, sharing a snack, a little note maybe.. talk to her ask her about herself, we all like to talk :)

smiling and saying hi is a really positive thing to do if you want to get to know someone. also a mutual friend comes in handy if you want to meet them. generally though just being a gentleman usually work. good luck.

if i'm that girl i expect my man to be a gentleman, being a gentleman it mean a lot of things involved. be yourself, be honest, send her text every now and then if you are allowed to. simply be good.
