Answer the phone one day and politely say (that way you couldn't get in any trouble) " He is not interested in you, he has moved on. I suggest you do the same! I am warning you now do not call this phone anymore or i WILL file a Harassment charge against you." Make sure that you say DO NOT CALL THIS PHONE ANYMORE. If you do not say that they cannot take out an harassment warrant. If she still continues to call then take out the warrant. I also suggest that you either keep your phone bill statements so that the times can be verified that she called or write down the time and date that she called.

Has he told her to stop? Did he say if she doesn't he'd file harassment charges? He could get his number changed. He could make her stop if he really wanted to. And am I to understand that he cheated on you? If so why are you with him still? Are you waiting for the next time he does it and the next time and the next time? You are not in a mutually respectful loving relationship and should leave him alone now.

Why are you believing your boyfriend? You just started dating him, right? What do you really know about him? Why is he telling you about this affair of his and going on about it with the telephone calls?
And why is it your problem to deal with? Lady, get real.
