A woman who is starting to have a thing for me called me "stand-off"ish .. what does that mean? Is that good or bad in a girls eyes in terms of starting to court her. Any ideas on what i should do?

For me personally, if I use that I use it with a negative conotation. I would say that for her though it could mean something entirely different.

I would ask her straight out. "The other day you said I was stand-offish. can you clarify exactly what you mean by that, cause I'm confused."

Maybe say something like this in your own words.

It means distant and a stay away kind of attitude. She may be using the wrong word..consider that...if it doesn't fit. It's not a good thing to say to someone who is starting to court. It could help you in trying to understand her behavior though. She may be transferring.

If it is true though, consider asking her what you can do to make her feel more comfortable with you. Make her think about what she is telling you and have her explain how you can fix it. It may be something as simple as PDA's. You won't know until you communicate...very important BTW. Good luck and God bless.

i imagine adult males like at the same time as a woman looks organic yet no longer bare. If a woman has pimple scars throughout her face, they are probable going to need her with thick makeup than without. If women can damage out without all that starting off position, they love that. also, too a lot eye liner and mascara is gross, and that i imagine they could agree.

I think it means she thinks you are playing hard to get.

Which is just silly of course. We don't do that. But women will project their own mind games onto the actions of others.

Advice : be less "stand offish".

Stand - offish:

Reserved, unapproachable, aloof or unfriendly. Sorry dude ... doesn't look too good.
