what would be appropriate to wear. I'm getting married on Valentine's day. Having Burgandy/dark red as colors. My bf is going to wear his USAF uniform. This is my 2nd wedding, his first. Not having a big wedding or reception (under 60 ppl).

Well, since you got married in the court house the first time and didn't get to wear the white dress. I'd go for it. I mean, I have done it and I know many people that have. Even though it is your second wedding you still deserve that "princess for a day" feeling and some darn good picture too!

Dear, you have already been married in the white dress the first time around. Wearing it again would be TASTELESS, even though your fiance says wear what you want. Guys don't really understand this stuff. Wear the burgundy and SKIP the white dress. And don't believe those twits who say that tradition is out and you should wear what you want. At that rate, you could come down the aisle in your birthday suit! Tacky!

CONGRATULATIONS!
Okay, my take on this is - I think a white, cream or ivory gown would be lovely - I'd go for elegant, rather than fussy. If you are over 40 or so, I wouldn't do the veil thing, but you could have something in your hair.
I think you should look "bridal" because even though you have been married before, you have never married HIM before!
I hope you have a wonderful day and many happy years!

Congrats to both of you. Second wedding is YOUR wedding, do what you want. Forget the white dress etc. Save money on weddingparty and go for a great holiday/honeymoon.

you can wear white if you want to, if the first marriage was a flop you deserve another white wedding to send you off the right way. Dont let anyone let you feel like you cant have what you want. It's YOUR day

Absolutely whatever you want. I would personally choose an ivory gown (not because I think it's inappropriate to wear white or anything but) because I think it looks elegant.
Best wishes.

Wear what make you feel beautiful. If you want to wear a full on wedding gown, go for it. If you want to wear a red ball gown go for it. All you need to worry about is feeling beautiful.
