Bought it from e bay it said London at first the mans email is co.uk checked the reg at dvla web site that seems ok I want to find out if it is already in this country

How did you pay for this motor home? Did you inspect it on-site and verify the documents?
If you paid by wire transfer and did not personally inspect the vehicle, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but there is no motor home and your money is gone.
It's almost certain that the listing on eBay was hijacked and you did not actually complete the transaction through eBay. In that case, eBay will not become involved.
Just because his e-mail address ends in .co.uk does NOT mean that he is in the UK. Anyone can register a domain pretty much anywhere they please. And there are plenty of hosting services in the UK that will be happy to set up an e-mail address with any TLD the customer wants.

I dont know, maybe it is just me... But you must be retarded for buying a motor home from another country that you have never seen, driven, or to know if it is a lemon!
Contact the seller, ask them if they, what i guess ship, it to you. More than likely this will take a while because IT HAS TO GO OVER THE OCEAN to get to you, but that is just my guess. If the seller doesnt get back to you in a timely manner, contact Ebay (and hopefully PayPal) to get your money back.
