Your diabetes could be related to your depressed state of mind. Please go to your local community mental health services. They have wonderful medications and support groups that can help you at no charge. They can also refer for employment when you ready. Your health may be interfering with your ability to keep a job. Don't be ashamed to do mental health services. Many people need that kind of help. And you can get your life back. They should be able to pay for your meds so don't worry. And if it is totally medical, ask them to help you get free physical medications. Many of the giant phamaceutical companies have free medications for people just like you.

You are unique, you were brought to earth for a reason. Everyone had there share of a bad time. I won't promise you anything. But try listing things down in paper. This might help organizing your thoughts and may be resolve your problem. Visit old people's home and talk to one of them, let them share. Start by asking them how was there day and take if from there onward. Do not relate your life experience. THe time will come for that but not now

Maybe you just need a little boost in the right direction. I take note that you are relatively new to Yanoo answers.
