Sorry I took so long to answer your question, I was looking at your old questions.

Here are a few of my observations
1) Some of the rude answers come from undisclosed religions, please don't assume they are Christians. You said you are new here, you can learn about each person, and know there are imposters.

2) you read above, not all chrisitans are really Christians, I apologize for them. I will only answer rudely to a question such as If Spider man fought Jesus..... I may be sarcastic right back, but I don't expect ever to offend anyone who would write that.

Again I say I am sorry from all true Christians

Alot of them are not true Christians. And they don't know how to answer in any different manner than they do becasue they are programmed in a certain way. Even an innocent honest inquiry is nearly always met with hostility which makes no sense.

I know many people in my everyday life who claim to be Christians but yet they are blatantly not. I don't see them as any different than alot of folks here.

You're getting a small niche of the overall group. Many christians don't sit on the internet answering other peoples questions. We can call ourselves whatever we want whether it be jewish, muslim, or buddhist but we're all human. We're more responsive to negative energy than positive.

If someone has no rational basis for their position, the only possible response to challenges to it is an emotional outburst.

BTW, expect to be reported for chatting. Most of my questions along these lines end up getting deleted by Y!A because one of the Nazi youth reports it as "chatting" and Yahoo automatically deletes them.

I think its because when someone feels strongly about one thing, then when their beliefs are "attacked" then they get really defensive, even if the question isnt really threatening.

Like if they are asked why something is in their religion, and there really isnt any clear answer but "faith" then the only response is to feel threatened and get angry.

even christians sometimes feel they need to defend themselves personally. I think a better question might be why do people wrongfully assume christians claim to be perfect?

I think that that kind of question should bring every Christian to repentant heartfelt apology.

I am a Christian and I am unreservedly sorry for my conduct and the conduct of my Christian brothers and sisters.

We are real fools sometimes.

I agree. It's unfortunate. Some people have nothing better to do than bash other religions - and it's especially sad that most are ignorant and misinformed about other religions.

Because you are supposed to conform to their theology.
When you question, by definition you are a non-believer.
In short: they like people like themselves, believers who let the Bible do the thinking for them.
