My son is 7years old at frist we thought he just did it cause he was playing and didn't wont to go but, he has been on this med for a month and half and it still isn't working. I am worried cause he smell bad after a few hours of play and there is no infection he has been checked and it is strong. He drinks lots of water everyday and no soda just kool-aid and milk but, he would rather water all the time and juice sometimes. I need advise and spanking is not the answer He really can't help it.

take him to a specialist(urologist) they have quick surgeries they can do to fix this problem. my sister had to have it done when she was little, and it helped her out a ton.

Perhaps you should consult your pediatrician since he is already on medication. If you are worried that he smells bad after a few hours, you might need to get some of those pull-ups that Huggies offers (third link) that will control that sort of thing. If his urine has a strong smell, he is not drinking enough water.
Certainly, you don't need to spank him. But if he is on medication and it is not effective, you should consult with your pediatrician these concerns.
