One of my friends is having big problem. He has a long story, but I'd rather say in brief. He quietly liked a girl for 4 years, never said aything. Miraculously somehow the girl also fell in love with him. As soon as the relationship (only over phone) started, he realized that he doesn't deserve the girl. He couldn't afford such a richer girl than him. He started suffering from inferiority, and later self-contempt. He often told me he couldn't buy things if she wanted him to buy for presents. He denied the girl, saying "I am not for you". the girl couldn't accept it, she cried and everything. But they never had any physical relationship, nor even a kiss. The girl tried to contact him a lot, for a long time, he just turned down by saying he is not worthy of her.
Now he feels lonely, frustrated, lost interest over any other girls. From a good student to a hopeless student.
True Story.
Any help would be appreciated, I want to advice him and help him before he loses the track of life

Not sure what to say, he sabotaged his own relationship. Kind of simple and straight forward, if being without her is making him miserable, then he should be with her. Perhaps she isn't a materialistic person and cares about more what he can give her emotionally rather than financially. If he doesn't value his own worth, he really can't expect anyone else to.

I dunno but i think he was bein silly who wouldn want the love of a girl who could look after herself cos thats one less worry in a relationship an he should hav looked at the positives an tried to take strength confidence that a girl like would love him so he must be doin sumfin right an he culd also use this as incentuve to better himself if he feels he isnt gd enuf 4 the person he wants

Wealth shouldn't matter at all in a relationship. The most important part is the bond that two people share. Posessions should be the absolute last priority in a relationship. There are many more ways to show a girl you care then with expensive stuff.

Is Love differentiates between rich and poor? Is Love is based on gifts? Just answer the above quests.A true loves doesn't depend on gifts,money,comforts,etc.It's a love for each other without any expectation.If your friend truly loves her and she truly loves him then what stops them...........? Just tell him that if he really wishes to gift her then tell him to workhard and earn money and present her with loads of gift.A gift will be more sweeter than it was as it's a gift after a days hardwork.So cheer him up man..............................!
